Chin implant surgery is a surgery which uses artificial implants which alter the appearance of the face altogether. Doctors also use acellular derms from dead tissues which are made rejection free by the use of antibiotics. These render derms free from rejection. Such implants are organic but they do not have the risk of rejection by the patient’s body. They are very much in use today. The polythene based implants are pretty expensive because the materials need a lot of research before manufacture.
Chin implant surgery should be performed by professionals only and the surgery should be performed only if it is essential for the patient. It is mainly needed for facial reconstruction.
